Customer Reviews For Dr. Gina Bradley At Blue Springs Animal Hospital in Kansas City

Our first visit to BSAH was to get a sedative prescription for our rescue dog Julee. Julee is very reactive and we had been told that she didn't like going to the vet. So, I was very nervous that she might be aggressive with them. But, the vet Dr. Bradley was so good with Julee. When she came in, instead of approaching Julee, she sat down next to me. She said, "We're just going to talk like old friends." As we talked, Julee approached her for pets, and really liked her! To my pleasant surprise, Dr. Bradley did Julee's entire exam while sitting next to me! It was a great experience all around. And I'm relieved to have a vet to take Julee to where they will meet her where she is, so she can have a good experience!

Dr. Bradley and the staff at Blue Springs Animal Hospital are hands down the best Vet and veterinary care I have ever had. I've had pets all of my 40+ years and I am one of those pet owners that consider my fur babies as precious I do my two-legged babies. I've had vets in 4 states for more animals than I can count and I have never trusted or respected another doctor or her peers and team like I do Dr. Gina Bradley and Blue Springs Animal Hospital and Pet Resort. My family and I can't recommend or routinely thank them enough. XOXO

I could not have been more pleased with the love and care that Dr. Bradley and Naomi (?) provided to my dog (Vida). There are no words to express or describe that could come close to match how incredible they were at explaining the diagnosis as well as putting my worry and concerns to rest with what her on going treatment was going to entail. They were wonderful with showing their love and attention to her as if she was one of their own, which helped keep her calm and trustworthy (which is HUGE in my book). Their passion for animals, in general, but also their well being completely flowed naturally out of them in everything they did and said to me and towards Vida.I am forever appreciative and grateful and Vida will forever be a patient of their office!

We are blessed to have Dr Bradley as our fur baby’s Dr. She actually talks to her and has a connection like no other Dr we have ever had. If your considering going there definitely ask for Dr Bradley! Jasmine loves her!!

We LOVE Dr. Bradley and all our friends at Blue Springs Animal Hospital. They care about the individual needs of each of our pets. They do everything they can to make their visits comfortable and non-stressful. Dr Bradley always shares all our options for medical care so we can make choices in treatment, and she always prefers the less invasive approach. My oldest dog (4 years old) loves Dr. Bradley so much that we can say Dr. Bradley's name and she heads for the car. You will get the best care for your pets at Blue Springs Animal Hospital!

We have been with Dr. Ericson for over 20 years, now we have Dr. Bradley, as Dr. Ericson has pretty much retired. They have helped us keep our dogs alive for many years. When our Mitsi was dying they gave us another 2 years with her. She lived until almost 18 years. Our Bambi lived 16 years, we have good luck with BSAH, and we LOVE THEM!... Update: Still going to BSAH! It's been almost 30 years now between Dr. Erickson and BSAH. Our dogs love everyone there, but Chewy has a special attachment and love for Dr. Bradley. It wasn't even his turn to go today...but we happened to mention her name to the pooch going today, and he threw a fit to go.

We have been taking our fur babies here since they were pups(almost 10 years!!) They may cost a little more than some places but they are worth it. We see Dr. Bradley and she is AMAZING!! She truly cares about each patient and their owners. Both of our dogs have some anxiety and she and her staff do everything possible to make each trip as painless and stress free as possible. Can not say enough great things about them!

Over the years, I have taken two cats to Blue Springs Animal Hospital and Pet Resort-first my childhood cat saw Dr. Carey who has now retired but I remembered his care and take my current pet there. Dr. Bradley is wonderful with my cat and you can tell she is a cat person. I am sure she is probably a dog person too but I like that I can tell she has a special fondness for the kitties and she has one of her own. I also find the front desk team and assistants very personable and friendly. On my recent visit, I had a nice chat with the receptionist about an active cat enjoying kitty city and you could tell she enjoys her job. It is a caring, friendly and clean environment. I have used the pet boarding in kitty city before and enjoyed getting my pet's grade card. She likes laying in the sun at kitty city.

The people that work at Blue Springs Animal Hospital are great, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bradley is awesome, she cares so much for every animal that comes in and for their owners. From time to time we have seen another vet if Dr. Bradley is off or busy and they all are top notch. The front desk staff is wonderful as well, friendly and very helpful. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else with our 2 cats.

Efficient caring staff who have cared for all our pets over the years. We thank Robin for all the years of dremeling Beau's nails. Reagan smelled and looked wonderful after her day at the "Spa" this week. Her nails were perfect! Dr. Bradley is proactive & does an excellent job of keeping us current with Reagan's shots & health issues. She always seems to know just what our fur children need. Thank you Dr. Bradley, Dr. Rodier and Blue Springs Animal Hospital for great compassionate care.
